Was there a waiver that had to be signed for my child/children to participate in EasterFest 2015?
Yes. A parent/legal guardian had to sign a waiver for their child/children to participate in EasterFest 2015. The waiver covered liabilities associated with the bounce houses, carnival games and use of image. We had a sign-in table for a parent/guardian to sign the waiver. The child/children that had a parent/guardian sign a waiver for them were identified with a stamp on their hand. You can find a copy of the waiver here.
